Guernsey Young Enterprise’s purpose is to forge links between schools and industry, and its mission is to inspire and equip young people to learn and succeed through enterprise.

Local year 11&12 students (or Achievers as YE knows them) from 7 island schools take part in Young Enterprise, with around 80-100 participating each year. They are guided by volunteer business advisers, who give up their own time to help mentor and guide the Achievers.  All of this would not be possible without the support of our many sponsors.

Achievers are given the opportunity to set up and run a company over the course of two terms, they will learn the complete lifecycle of a company and hopefully will make a profit to distribute as they see fit.

Guernsey Young Enterprise is a part of the UK national Young Enterprise organisation, which offers several programmes.  We only offer the YE Company Programme locally.
